Okay, so I am bad at this! July 7, 2008

Apparently, it seems as though I have not been blogging the way that I said I would this summer. No, it is not for lack of words, as most know, but simply enough that I don’t have the internet at home right now. I’ve have had little time to post the things I have been writing at all hours of the night (I don’t sleep).

Since graduation, life has been hectic and I have been enjoying the summer. Here’s the low down: Spending time with Kiley is a total blessing, she teaches me more things than I ever thought a two year old would be capable of. Sadly, my Nana passed away on July 1st, she was 90 and I have no doubt in my heart that she is with Jesus right now. Summer camp was flipping AMAZING and I’ve never experienced anything like it and can’t wait to do it again next year! I am getting ready for a girls weekend on the 18th since Kiley’s daddy will be keeping her for the next few weeks. He will be moving to San Diego, CA on the 27th for at least the next five years.

I am excited what God is doing to me right now, He’s given me oppurtunities to spread is word in stiuations I would have never thought myself to be. i pray that throughout the summer He continues to make me bold and step out of my comfort level a little more.

Well, no worries, the blogs are coming, hope your reading…

Summer Fun! June 17, 2008

Filed under: Jesus Rocks — Jamie Flannagan @ 2:14 am

Wow. School’s out for summer and graduation is on Thursday. So much has happened this year that I hardly recognize who I have become. All changes have been good and only to glorify God.

I am starting to blog this summer as a journal for my own growth, but in the hopes that you will track it with me.

This summer I have plans to help out one of the lead pastors at Celebration Church’s Orange Park Campus. Pastor Katie will be keeping me busy and out of trouble. I will also be spending a ton of time with Kiley this summer, we are looking for any outdoor adventures to get in to. I am excited to see what the summer brings and my prayer is that my relationship with Jesus will only grow and strengthen.
